\nA pity. From all I have read, redBus had passionate, hardworking and highly motivated employees. This 2012 article<\/a> from YOURSTORY<\/a> showcases the passion and commitment of their employees.
\n2. A pilot complaining about “automated flying”<\/a>
\nI saw this piece linked in one of Michael Bolton’s blog posts. The material hit close to home since the testing field suffers from a similar problem.
\n3. The case against time zones<\/a>
\nRight. I too wish the world were easier to capture in software. Just kidding – I need complexity and bugs it spawns to be in business. I do not know what but something about this post made me simultaneously go “wtf?” and “so true”.
\n4. Not all team members are equal<\/a>
\nThough provoking piece from Mike Cohn. I guess the weight you give someone or somebody’s opinion depends heavily on context. Experience and track record is one parameter in our opinion.
\n5. Make recruitment a daily habit<\/a>
